Zara – A fashion love story. Part II

Late 2011, I had a lovely day shooting Ciara for a Zara competition which she won:)

I only jumped at the opportunity of repeating the experience later on last year. Somehow, I never got around to publishing the images from the shoot so here they are.

Ciara is one of my fave fashionistas – GET BLOGGIN CIARA!

Here she is in all her fabouloseness x

Talia & Jamie – a special save the date ♥

This shoot had been one of my favourite to date. Firstly due to sentimental value as I love both Talia and Jamie and think they are such a loving & caring couple, but also because it was shot in a rare day of snow in the Wicklow mountains. And who doesn’t love snow??? We had a few ideas of what we wanted to do for their save the date pictures but in a moment of genius, I thought it would be super-cute to take pictures using cute old fashion blackboards. It’s easy to shoot when you have such lovely and photogenic models :p

I was so excited to see these pictures after I took them…one of those special moments where, as a photographer, you know you did a good job!

I can’t wait for their wedding. It’s going to be amazing & super-caliente in hot Mexico.

Here’s to the beautiful couple xxx

Jenny and Aled – a Rock ‘n Roll affair

This one is an oldie but a goodie:)it’s a wedding I photographed about 1.5 years ago in Dublin. I never published the pictures as I was in between websites but as I was re-organising my photography files I came across them and could not let the opportunity pass this time. Aled and Jenny are a lovely mixed couple. When I say mixed I refer to the fact that Aled is Welsh which makes him “exotic”:-)They had a super-fun wedding and I knew from the word go that it would be quirky, just like the two of them are. Just look at the bridesmaids outfits…how cool are they?
The whole day was an absolute pleasure to photograph and they were absolutely blessed with one of the hottest and sunniest days we had that summer.

Here are my fave snaps from the day x

The return of the little dude

Little baby Kartal is back! I photographed him about a year ago and here he is again in all his cuteness.

Kartal is a super-dude with a fetish for my little green suitcase which I had to sneakily get out of the place before he noticed its absence:)

Doesn’t he have the nicest, softest baby hair??

La piccola Niamh

Summer has been and gone:(I had the most amazing summer this year and without doubt, the highlight was being able to travel back home to Italy for nearly 3 full weeks. Needless to say, Italy still remains my favourite country. I feel so absolutely blessed to be from such a beautiful place and I am so glad I appreciate it even more now having lived abroad for so long. Anyway, this blog is not about Italy! This blog is about a little girl called Niamh who I had the pleasure to photograph while in Italy. Little Niamh is a fiery combination of all things good:)she’s half Irish and half Mexican and was born in Italy. What more could one want? I am sure she’s going to be one feisty lady when she grows up.

It was a quick fun shoot. The props were some beautifully ripe Italian tomatoes. Best tomatoes in the world (even if I am slightly biased…) She is an adorable little girl and totally made me feel broody. And hungry for tomatoes. But mainly broody. Her lovely parents are expecting another piccolina/o, so hopefully I will get the opportunity for some baby-bumps & newborn baby later on next year.

For now, let me dream for a second thinking back to that beautiful summer & this little adorable princess x
